1. About our services
We provide advisory and process-assistance services for recovering and regularising share-related investments in India, including but not limited to:
- Dematerialisation of physical shares
- IEPF / unclaimed dividend and share claims
- Transmission of shares
- Duplicate share certificates
- Name correction, KYC updates, address change, and related RTA / company procedures
We are a private consultancy and documentation facilitation service. We are not a stock broker, SEBI-registered investment adviser for portfolio advice, bank, depository, RTA, or government authority.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or acting as a legal guardian / authorised representative of a rightful claimant) and that the information and documents you provide are true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
3. Enquiries and engagement
- Submitting a website form does not automatically create a paid engagement.
- Service scope, timelines, and fees (if any) will be discussed and confirmed before formal work begins.
- You authorise us to communicate with you via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels you share with us.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal, shareholder, and document details.
- Supply original / certified documents when required by RTAs, companies, or authorities.
- Sign affidavits, indemnity bonds, ISR forms, or other papers as needed for your case.
- Pay agreed professional fees and third-party charges (notary, courier, stamp paper, DP charges, etc.) as applicable.
- Respond promptly to requests so processing is not delayed.
5. No guarantee of outcome or timeline
Share recovery and IEPF / RTA processes depend on company records, RTAs, depositories, courts (where applicable), and government systems. We work diligently to assist you, but we do not guarantee approval, specific timelines, market value recovery, dividend amounts, or final outcomes. Estimated timelines are indicative only.
6. Fees
Fees, if charged, are for professional assistance and coordination. Government fees, RTA charges, DP charges, legal stamp, courier, and similar costs are usually payable separately by you unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fee details will be communicated before paid work starts.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, logos, and materials belonging to Shares Recovery Expert are protected. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse our content without prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false enquiries, spam forms, or interfere with site security or performance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shares Recovery Expert and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, market opportunity, or delays caused by third parties (RTAs, companies, IEPF, couriers, banks, etc.). Our liability, if any, for a paid engagement shall not exceed the professional fees actually paid by you for that specific matter.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website or our services.

We may revise these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
